Welcome to ALSA E-Comp 2023’s accommodation information page. ALSA E-Comp 2023 provides you several choices of accommodation to support you through ALSA E-Comp 2023’s competitions and events.

Terms and conditions
Check-in time is at 14.00 WIB and checkout time at 12.00 WIB. We suggest you arrive at the transportation’s pick-up points before 12.00 WIB.
Extended stays and late checkout fee will not be accommodated by the Organizing Committee.
The accommodation bundles and packages also include 3 meals per day (excluding minibar), shuttle bus to the competition venues, and transportation from and to the determined pick-up points.
In an event where participants decide to use services other than the ones that have been mentioned in point 3, the service will be at the participant’s own expense and not the responsibility of the Organizing Committee.
There are two bundles available to acquire. Those are:
For the Solo Bundle:
It can only be acquired by 1 participant per bundle;
Participant will be placed in a room consisting of 3 persons;
The room placement for this bundle is under the full authority of the Organizing Committee;
The Per Night Package rate for this bundle is IDR 300.000,00; and
The Week Package of 7 nights, consisting of 5 days of lodging during the competition, and a day before and after the competition (From July 26th, 2023– August 2nd, 2023) rate for this bundle is IDR 1.950.000,00.
For the Joint Bundle:
It can be acquired by a maximum of 3 persons per bundle;
The room consists of maximum 3 persons;
The Per Night Package rate for this bundle is IDR 800.000,00; and
The Week Package of 7 nights, consisting of 5 days of lodging during the competition, and a day before and after the competition (July 26th, 2023–August 2nd, 2023) rate for this bundle is IDR 5.100.000,00.

Consequences to any violations to the terms & conditions are under the full authority of the Organizing Committee.
The Organizing Committee provides a pick-up point at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport;
Pick-up will be held on Wednesday, July 26th, 2023;
Pick-up hours will be divided into two shifts:
1st shift: 12.00 WIB; and
2nd shift: 20.00 WIB;
Transportations from another pick-up point or pick-up hour aside from the ones that have been determined will not be accommodated by the Organizing Committee;
Transportation will be departing from pick-up points to Depok, at the time stated above. Tardiness will not be tolerated;
After the competition has finished, we provide transportation from Depok to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport for those with the Week Package;
Transportation will be provided on Wednesday, August 2nd, 2023 at 10.00 WIB.

In case of delay or changes of flight schedule, please inform us immediately.
After submitting the form and paying the accommodation fee, you will receive a confirmation email in 1×24 hours. Please inform us if you haven’t received an email in 1×24 hours through this email (email@example.com) and/or through our contact persons.
